(1) The apartment can accommodate 1 to 4 guests per night for 2 days minimum stay.
(1) Baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability (one per apartment for infants and children under the age of 3).
(2) Free of charge cleaning every 5th day (bed sheets, towels and toiletries included). Upon request, you can have daily housekeeping at a cost of 25€/day.
(3) ROOSTER appreciates a good night’s sleep, so try to keep things quiet. No parties, events or visitors are allowed without permission.
(4) Please respect the quiet hours: Summer period (April 1 – September 30): 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00; Winter period (October 1 – March 31): 15:30-17:30 and 22:00-07:00.
(4) We have a strict NO SMOKING policy throughout the whole apartment.
(5) We do not provide parking, but we have a list of available nearby parking-lots here.
(6) Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at ROOSTER. Early check-in or late check-out is offered based on availability on request and subject to occupancy level.
(7) Deposit 30% of the total amount (full stay), at the time of booking.
(8) Cancellation policy:
- Your reservation will be pending until the full payment is done and confirmed. We expect a full payment seven (7) days prior your arrival, otherwise your booking will be cancelled and your deposit lost.
- For a full refund (deposit included), cancellation must be made seven (7) full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in, otherwise no refund is taking place. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time. After that point your payment amount is non-refundable and no change or cancellation can be done.
- If you decide to cancel your reservation less than 7 days in advance or in case of no-show, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If you arrive on-time but decide to leave earlier, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Other special rules may be applied during the reservation process.
